Impeaching Donald J. Trump Sr is the Right Course and it has Cause but

It will be Abuse of the Impeachment Clause of the Constitution of the United States of America to continue any Impeachment Process against Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America (USA)US)) after the Inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th President. It will be invalid under Article I:3 of the US Constitution, ipso facto, the two Sanctions for Conviction, and ordinarily contrary to the Intention and Expectation of that Clause. 


The Sanctions, the Intention and the Expectation of Article I:3 are not difficult to accomplish as a Matter of Course when the two Chambers of Congress are in Accord. Even in the present Circumstances of Donald J. Trump Sr the Objectives are still not Bars too high. This is because the Circumstances are auspicious for both Democrats and Republicans in Congress. However, effecting  these Sanctions, Intention and Expectation are deadlined by the Inauguration of Biden and Kamala Harris, the Vice President-Elect. These Objectives must be achieved before that Occasion. 


Pursuing those Objectives after Trump Sr has left Office would be out of Step with the Constitution. Federal Legislators would then not be any better morally than Trump Sr. What they would be doing will not be consonant with 'Justice'. It would be 'fair'1 though but Trump’s Apologists, Supporters and Worshippers would see it as Vindictiveness. Upon Biden’s Swearing-In, Trump cannot be removed from Office because he would already have left Office, as Routine. He cannot be proscribed from holding public Office in the Future because that Sanction is not Standalone, but tethered to Occupancy of the Presidency. Neither Sanction applies without the other. 


Impeaching Trump Sr before Biden takes Office will succeed in the Supreme Court of the United States but convicting him after Biden has become President must fail there. However, if both Impeachment and Conviction are implemented before Biden's Inauguration, the US Supreme Court would have to concur. I am probably the first Person in the World to publicly call for Trump's Impeachment but it has to be processed in Faithfulness to the Law. I wish Trump Sr convicted on Impeachment but if it cannot be done prior to Biden's Incumbency then he has to be left to criminal Indictments. Article I:3 allows for federal and other Types of Charges arising from the Reason(s) for Impeachment to be laid against him once he has departed Office. Let the Department of Justice (DoJ) and the District of Columbia (D.C.) and any other Jurisdiction affected by Trump's Incitement to Violence take over once the Biden Administration is engaged. When the President of the United States is tried ... Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
