Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America (USA)US)) after the Inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th President. It will be invalid under Article I:3 of the US Constitution, ipso facto , the two Sanctions for Conviction, and ordinarily contrary to the Intention and Expectation of that Clause.
