Ipemndoh dan Iyan © Whether or not Mr Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho, is a "political Offender" is not a Decision for his Lawyer, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Yomi Aliu and Retinue to make, but for the Courts to determine. There are prima facie Grounds for the criminal Investigation of Mr Adeyemo. Nigerian Security Agents insist they found illegal Firearms on his Premises, and that he and Supporters shot at these Agents, et cetera . Whether the Nigerian Authorities can sustain these Grounds in Court is another Matter, though . Further, Mr Aliu has to prove to the Beninoise Courts his Proposition that Adeyemo “will not get justice” in Nigerian Courts.
