Background
I came across Notification on 17th
June 2026 from LinkedIn of “Post removed for hateful speech” of my Blog https://ipemndohdaniyan.blogspot.com/2026/06/they-aint-hearing-us-because-they-aint.html posted on LinkedIn by Link and Blurb on
the 16th or 17th of June 2026. LinkedIn supposedly gave
me the Right of Appeal by asking me to click two or three Questions, after
which LinkedIn came back to insist that my Post is still “hateful speech.” ‘Hateful’,
whichever way you look at it, should and would demonstrate Malice or Offence or
Spite. I have never known the Truth, more so “historical Truth,” to bear any of
the foregoing nor can a Conclusion reached from ‘intellectual Pondering’© fall
foul. Equally exempt from the Tarnish of “hateful speech” is Challenge to
‘cultural Indoctrination’©, not least the ‘Contradiction to West European cultural
Indoctrination’© (‘West European cultural Indoctrination’© per se).
I found quite amusing what LinkedIn
calls “Appeal.” It is absolutely ridiculous. Firstly; ticking Question
Boxes is not “Appeal.” Secondly; and ordinarily, you cannot
“appeal” against a ‘Blanket Charge’©. Thirdly; Charges to which you
are appealing must be clearly stated in (a) Expression, (b) Effect, and (c)
Impact. What is, really more demonstrative of muzzling me on LinkedIn, is that
LinkedIn just decided what I posted by Link is “hateful speech” without the
Courtesy of identifying to me how it is “hateful speech.” LinkedIn just issued
a fiat,
but hey, the United Kingdom (UK), which is my Home, is a “Civil Society.” What
we do in Civil Societies are the following. (1) When we lay Errors against one another,
we establish how the Errors we have laid against the Other offend us by (i) identifying
what precisely in the Errors offend us, and (ii) the Manner in which they
offend us, and (2) most importantly, whether these Errors are outside what could
factually be proven away from ‘Sensitivity of Denial’© or ‘Sensitivity of
Insensitivity’©. In a ‘well organised and pure Civil Society’© (‘pure Civil
Society’© per se), we do not get to be the (a) Complainant, and (b)
Jury, and (c) Judge, and (d) Executioner. All four Attributes LinkedIn assumed
in this Case of declaring my Work as “hateful speech.” The UK is not a pure
Civil Society, but it is Miles/Kilometres ahead of the Society LinkedIn emerged
from; the United States of America, USA, especially as we now have the most
‘antithesis of a Human-Being’© Donald J. Trump Sr, as “President of the United
States ... .” This most contemptible brings out the ‘hidden in the US
Irrationality’© of all Sorts, and of those Nincompoops outside the US who buy
into the Irrationality.

I know what I wrote in that Blog I
posted on LinkedIn by Link. It is essentially my Condemnation of the Effects of
Western Acculturations on African Peoples transferred by ‘Western doctrinaire
Supremacy’© (‘doctrinaire Supremacy’© per se) through ‘racial-Slavery’©
cum ‘racial-Colonisation’©, and the ‘Gene infected Refusal’© also
‘Gene explicatory Refusal’© of Africans in Today’s ‘Modern Enlightenment Era’©
to stop the ‘unquestioned Digestion’© of Western Acculturation. That Blog,
unequivocally denounced ‘Western acculturated Culturalism’© by Africans known
or unbeknown to Africans themselves. How such an ‘intellectual Challenge’© to
West European Cultural Imperialism could ever equate to “hateful speech” is
very obvious to me. It is “hateful speech” because someone in Anonymity at
LinkedIn in ‘Imperialist Umbrage’© found it unacceptable that Ipemndoh dan
Iyan, of (the) African Race, identified the ‘highly reprehensible
Ingestion by Africans of West European Cultural Propaganda’© (‘reprehensible
Ingestion’© per se), and condemned their ‘unquestioning
Self-Acculturation’© (‘Self-Acculturation per se) of this
‘Imperialist cultural Propaganda’© especially its Misrepresentation of
Judaeo-Christianity that itself took Root in Africa, ‘appropriated and falsely
claimed’© by East Europeans (Judaism (Jew)), and West Europeans (Christianity (Christian)).

This LinkedIn Complainant, and (b) Jury,
and (c) Judge, and (d) Executioner certainly dismissed my academic
Qualification of “Master of Philosophy” (MPhil/PhM) which is quite
weighty for, and to anyone who knows the Value of Education, and which should
make that anyone read closely what a Holder of that Qualification writes. I
know that LinkedIn cannot ‘evidentially sustain’© the Nonsense of “hateful
speech.” It is a red herring for someone probably pursuing own Agendum. This
LinkedIn “hateful speech” Judgment is ‘intelligently unsound’© not to talk of
being of any intellectual Merit. “Intelligent” features in my “intelligently
unsound” only because the Notion of “hateful speech” came from Sound Minds thus
intelligent Minds, but LinkedIn’s Recourse to this ordinarily ‘intelligent
Conception’© is incompetent. It is “intellectually untenable.” So, LinkedIn engages
in ‘publishing Antagonism’© against, and of, an African’s ‘Identification of
West European cultural Indoctrination of the African’© (‘West European cultural
Indoctrination of the African’© per se). Bravo, but is it not the
Case that s/he “who feels it knows it?”

you own or control is the Extent of your Determination’©
LinkedIn desires to muzzle me on
LinkedIn. Elon Musk’s “X” has done it https://ipemndohdaniyan.blogspot.com/2025/02/the-exclusionary-closure-that-elon.html, but do I care? Ergo, I am okay
with LinkedIn’s Adventure in View of my ‘Principle of Proprietorship’©.
LinkedIn owns LinkedIn. It can decide what it wants, and what it does not want
on LinkedIn. That is Control. As it is now obvious LinkedIn does not want certain
of what I write to be distributed on LinkedIn, I can take a Walk, and I have,
actually, walked away from LinkedIn, believe me. Since the 17th of
June 2026 when I got the offensive, delusional, and hallucinatory Notice from LinkedIn,
I have not placed any Writing on LinkedIn except for the Open Letter to my
Followers I would be posting before or after publishing this Blog.

Interference intolerable
LinkedIn interfering with my Work on
LinkedIn is not for me a Question of the Right to “Freedom of Speech” or the
wider “Freedom of Expression.” I have always held that the Duty to afford the
Person those Rights is ‘formally incumbent’© on Governments, and ‘Government
Apparatus(es)’©, and ‘Business Entanglement(s)’©, and Employment Relations. Any
Entitlement to these Freedoms between Persons are transactional, as they are ‘quid
pro quo Entitlement(s)’© insofar as these Transactions do not break the “Laws
of Sensibility” (legal, moral, and social). There are bad Laws, you know. Thus,
it ain’t mandatory for LinkedIn to grant me these Rights. I either get them
from conducive Platforms or I create own Platform(s).
What LinkedIn cannot do, however, is
determine my academic Work as “hateful speech” without Substance(s). The
Substances include the following Questions: (1) how educated is the Person
making that Determination, (2) is s/he an academic Philosopher as Ipemndoh dan
Iyan with MPhil/PhM (two years full time or part time
equivalent Research Degree or the ‘prima facie superior’© DPhil/PhD), (3) what
are the Pieces of Evidence supporting the Accusation of “hateful speech,” as
especially, LinkedIn is the Complainant, Jury, Judge, and Executioner over Ipemndoh
dan Iyan’s Challenge, as an African, to the ‘Western Europe
Structure of Humanity’© (‘Structure of Humanity’© per se)? It
ain’t happening, just because I use the LinkedIn Platform to distribute my
Thinking. LinkedIn cannot cast my Thinking as it wishes, particularly as it is
doing it in Anonymity. I do not know the Names of the Person making that
Determination and/or that Person’s best academic Accomplishment. It is cowardly
of that Person. Let me know you, and let me know what you are, intelligently. (Education,
and Entrepreneurship are the ‘true Measures of Intelligence Level(s)’©
(‘Measures of Intelligence Level(s)© per se). The Anonymity, and
Cowardice of that Person are the other Reasons for my writing this Blog
originally as Open Letter to those who followed me on LinkedIn, and to whom I
reciprocated. I am a Westerner, but I am of the African Race. No other
Westerner, especially of the Abusers of my Ancestors, muzzles me from exploring
the many Experiences of Abuse of Africans to advocate and/or teach
Self-Recognition. Note: West European, Western Europe, Western
are interchangeable to large Extents.
LinkedIn does not validate me and can
never validate me. Please, let me rephrase. LinkedIn does not substantiate me.
I substantiated myself, and my superiors in academic Accomplishments recognised
my Relevance, and made me visible to the Level of Prominence that surpasses
even the Recognitions of some of them. My University published my Master of
Philosophy (MPhil/PhM) Dissertation. Not even a lot of Doctor of Philosophy
(DPhil/PhD) Dissertations get published by awarding Universities. So, why would
I tolerate anyone from LinkedIn, probably so beneath my Education and/or academically
irrelevant to determine me and/or what I write? I am so incensed that a Person
of this likelihood would assume Superiority over me. I do not believe that anyone
at LinkedIn has the ‘academic wherewithal’© or “discursive Integrity,” or
‘sheer Cognisance’© to arrogate Importance to the Self over what I write. Listen,
whoever you are, come out into the Open, and let us identify your Merit. As bad
as it is, even today, we are no longer in “Plantation Times” when Brutality
reigned rather than ‘Refinement of Mind(s)’©. Let me know you, and your
academic Merit(s).
I find Human-Beings, including myself, quite
interesting, very amusing actually. We collectively through our several
Participations validate Social Media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter-X, and
the Like, yet they turn it around as if they are the Imperatives in our Lives. Imagine
if Twitter were to pay me, even if only, 1 Cent for the over 250 Million
Impressions of my Tweets in 28 Days as I evidenced here https://ipemndohdaniyan.blogspot.com/2025/02/the-exclusionary-closure-that-elon.html,
i.e.? Has any social Media User
ever asked to see the marketing Strategy of the Platform s/he uses to understand
how Member Figures, Contributions, and Participations underpin the Survivability
of these social Media? (‘Media’ is plural for ‘Medium’, so “medias” is most
awful English).
Emphatically, I am absenting myself from LinkedIn. I
was already publishing Online, probably about 10 Years, before LinkedIn came
along. I know how to find my way. I have only been very lazy by tagging onto
Social Media. It has taken me this long to publish this Blog, as I have been
waiting for LinkedIn to let me download my Data, but the only Response Link I
got from LinkedIn did not give me Access to full Retrieval. I wonder why that
is, as I made my Request on 19 June 2026, and I am publishing today 14 July 2026.
I drafted this Piece on 20 June 2026.
I await no longer, but I leave my
Account undeleted on, and with LinkedIn lest LinkedIn returned with the Excuse
that my deleting my Account stopped my downloading of my Data on, and with
LinkedIn.
