sufficiently threatened the State Interest(s) of the ‘People’s Republic of
China’ (PRC) aka China in that Country, and Trump Sr idiotically carried
out the Threat, he and his “Paper Tiger” Military of the United States of America
aka US or USA will meet with similar ‘Maiming of US Military’© as
deserved on the Korean Peninsula in the 1950s.
If ‘Coward
President’© Donald J. Trump Sr’s “Paper Tiger” USA Military Encirclement of
Venezuela is translated into Assault on the actual Territory of Venezuela, and
it jeopardizes the State Interest of China or Russia, the USA will experience
more than the Humiliation of the Korean Peninsula. China will enter the War
contrary to Western “Praise-Singers” and Friends that China will not. Did they
not deceive themselves similarly that China would not engage on the Korean Peninsula
and that if it did, it would not castrate ‘USA and Friend(s)’© “presumed
Victory?” I am not sure of what Russia would do or to what Extent “Trump’s
Imperialism” imperils its Interest in Venezuela. On its own, pending any
Chinese or Russian Intervention, all Venezuela needs to do is gift the US Territory
with a long-Range Missile with plenty to follow. Donald J. Trump, the Bully, the
‘perennial Imbecile’© is drunk on the ‘hilarious Rationale’© of ‘Capacity is
Capability’©, so would not expect that Level of Confidence from Venezuela just
as he did not believe Iran would retaliate on the US Military Base at al Udeid
in Qatar.

“Reputation,” I again challenged him (John Joseph Mearsheimer) over his Delusion
of the USA, as the World’s “Hegemon.”

vis-á-vis any Military Success the USA Military has ever had in major Theatres
of War, Commentators come back to the general Picture I provided of USA
Military Victories within ‘Coalitions of other Militaries’©. How stupid can
Human Beings be? You believe what you want to believe rather than the Truth? Of
course, if you are antithetical to the Truth, you would insist that the Glories
of the many must be attributed to one of those many.

bloodiest Nose ever. Additionally, are we mistakenly assuming Venezuela itself
does not have efficient Offence (offensive) Military Capability? Who knows? Actually,
I know what will happen. China, and
Russia are severally in “strategic partnerships,” with Venezuela. Donald J.
Trump Sr’s Military Buildup in the Caribbean supposedly to invade Venezuela is “false
assurance” for and to the “Home Crowd,” and other ‘Western Suggestible(s)’© (‘Suggestible(s)’©,
per se) not for Westerners like myself. USA Military Commanders
know that the Moment Trump Sr’s Lunacy hits Venezuelan Soil, Trump Sr would have
committed Suicide, as USA Territory will burn, as it did on 7 December 1941

One ‘Etiquette of Global
Politics’© declared or subtle is; you do not interfere with the ‘Sphere of
Interest’© (dan Iyan, 2002, University of Aberdeen) of a Superpower not to talk
of two Superpowers. You might engage with one another’s ‘Spheres of
Interests’©, but Interference is “no, no.” Since Donald J. Trump Sr is not only
personally unaccomplished, but also quite uneducated, he pushes Boundaries.
The
only Way the USA was able to subdue the Superiority of Japanese Forces during World War II was Recourse
to the atomic bombing Terrorism of the Japanese Civilian Populations of
Hiroshima and Nagasaki. There
are Stories that USA Military won major Battles against Japanese Forces in that
War. I am not in any Position to contest these Stories, as I have not done any
academic Research in that Area. However, as I have come across Western
‘ethno-delusional Account(s)’© of World Events in my Areas of Academic Research
(Crime Studies, and Global Studies – “international relations”), I am tentative
at believing those Stories at face value. The necessary Question to ask if the
USA Military were really winning the Battles is; why deploy atomic Bombs on the
Civilian Populations of Hiroshima and Nagasaki? This is a moral Question, as it
is a practical Question. If USA Military were winning Battles on the Japanese
Fronts, then the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, not one City, but
two Cities, were simply Demonstrations of Evil; ‘unrestricted Barbarism’©,
sheer ‘primordial Savagery’©.
Today,
the USA is not the only Country with such ‘Population(s) devastating Weaponry’©
(PDW) (‘Population(s) devastating Weaponries’© – PDW). The two Countries; China,
and Russia, Donald J. Trump Sr is hurtling headlong against in Venezuela have
superior Capacities to the USA, and probably superior Capabilities too, so those
Weaponries, will not come into play. Forget them. Conventional Weapons? We will
see. Alternatively to the Mess, Imbecile Trump Sr has created for himself
regarding Venezuela would be something akin to the Resolution of the Cuban

USA is the only Country in the World that leeches off both ‘financial Charity’©
– Bretton Woods – and ‘Moral Charity’© such as bragging of solely winning Wars
won within Military Coalitions or Concessions “behind the scenes” celebrated

Importantly,
if Donald J. Trump Sr gives the go-ahead for
his “Paper Tiger” Military to assault Venezuela, and they obey him, not only
would he have violated ‘The Constitution of the United States’ but also would
those Commanders and all Personnel who execute his Command. The President of
the United States of America is “Commander-in-Chief” only. “Commander-in-Chief”
is “Commander-in-Chief,” period. S/he has absolutely no Power to declare War.
It is not debatable. Only Congress has the Power. Read and understand Article I:8.
I know certain ‘PsOTUSA’© had thrown the USA into Wars, and had gotten away
with it. They got away with it because USA Career-Politicians, and the ‘Supreme
Court of the United States’ have only ‘Shallow Regard’© for the US
Constitution. This is even worse than “paying lip service.”

muzzled the World Condemnation of its Oppression of this ‘targets of
convenience’ (Williams, 1989). Of the Western Countries, only the United
Kingdom (UK) through our Prime Minister, Mrs Margaret Thatcher, was known to
have frowned at USA’s ‘Fifth Rate Actor President’© Ronald Reagan’s Oppression
of Grenada, but even then, her Reservations were not public. However, typically
the Mrs Thatcher, her private Rebuke even though soft reminded big bully Reagan
that Grenada was, after all, a ‘targets of convenience’. She wrote: “[t]his action will be seen as
intervention by a Western country in the internal affairs of a small
independent nation ... .” The operative Word was/is “small.” This put paid
to the ‘spurious academic’© Assertion of the USA as “Hegemon” when fellow
Western Countries remind it privately that it is not. This would explain ‘infantile
Adult’© Donald J. Trump Sr’s open Tantrums at other Western Countries. However,
the Leaders of these other Western Countries have Decorum. Trump does not, so
they are not openly going to retort with “simmer down Dude, you are only a
Paper Tiger. Just simmer down, yeah?” I989 witnessed another ‘Hallucinatory Hegemon(ic)
USA’© scoring Points with Panama.
In
1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait, and the USA was the first Country to spring into
Action condemning the Iraqi Invasion. Yet, Iraq had more Justification to
invading and occupying Kuwait than the USA has ever had in engaging on the
Korean Peninsula, Vietnam/Cambodia, Grenada and Panama. In dan Iyan (2002, op.cit),
I noted that “[t]he Kuwaitis
had glutted the oil market and had deprived Iraq of $1,000m a year according to
the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in an acknowledgement
by its president, Saddek Boussena in June 1990.” I implied in that Work
that the Secretary-General (SG) of the United Nations Organization aka
UN at the time, Javier Pérez de Cuéllar, was not respectful of
his Office insofar as Iraq was concerned. de Cuéllar was quite shabby towards
that Country (Iraq). He facilitated the Western Oppressors yet he, himself, was
Peruvian. Such Shame.
The ordinary Person without detailed Information, but bombarded
by Western Media Propaganda would have thought, if not believed, that USA
Conduct against Iraq was a turning Point for USA’s Self-Centredness. How wrong
that Person would have been. 1991 began to tell the World the USA is all about
the USA. The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics aka USSR was shattered
and all the Assurances the West gave Russia, the “Successor State” to the USSR,
about the North Atlantic Treaty Organization aka NATO not empire-building
into USSR Territories were found to have been uttered by “forked tongues,” and
here we are today with the Russian Invasion and Occupation of Ukraine, and with
Justification better than any the USA has ever provided for invading all the
Countries it had invaded, occupied or tried to occupy, including Venezuela it
currently desires to invade and occupy. Which Country again, agitated against the
Russian Invasion of Ukraine, masterminding Antagonisms against Russia over this
Invasion? Same old, same old USA. Never-mind this same USA’s ‘initiated
Dishonesty’© against Iraq. Has this same USA not consistently funded, and
otherwise enabled Israeli Terrorism in Arab Lands? See? It is all about the
Doctrine of “I Am
Right You Are Wrong” or ‘Western Insatiation for World Dominance’© or ‘Western
Greed for what is not Own’s’©.
The USA condemned Russia for the same
Acts the USA is well known for – invading other Countries, and where
successful, occupying them – spearheaded Disinformation about Russia, and set
about leading other Western Countries in stealing Russia’s Assets in the West masquerading
the Thefts as “Sanctions.” This same old USA – this “Knight in shining armour”
– has now reverted to its real Identity of “Highwayman” and “Pirate” to zero in
on Venezuela, and Nigeria throwing empty Barrels at them because it is greedy
for the natural Resources of those Countries. The USA deludes itself that if I,
Ipemndoh dan Iyan – not in Government or academic Institution – know
its Paper Tiger Military cannot fight more than one War at a time, the Governments
of Venezuela, and Nigeria do not know? This Information is in addition to the
real Risk the USA is recklessly exposing itself to if either China or Russia decides
to intervene on behalf of those two Countries. Have we yet factored in the
Military Capabilities of Venezuela, and Nigeria, per se? No.
Of course, ‘Draft Dodger President’ Donald J. Trump Sr believes Wars are won by
sending sneaky – they call it “surprise” – Missiles to Enemy Territories. How
would he know what is really involved in fighting Wars? Did he not fake Injury
to dodge the Draft? Is he educated enough to study Reports, and understand them?
He has not shown Adequacy in anything.
Some
would condemn the USA apparently self-contradicting Responses on the Korean
Peninsula, Vietnam/Cambodia, Grenada, Panama, the Iraqi Invasion of Kuwait, the
Russian Invasion of Kuwait prior to Trump Sr’s 47th Stint, the
Russian Invasion of Ukraine during Trump Sr’s 47th Stint, on Venezuela,
and on Nigeria, as double-faced or hypocritical, but I do not, and cannot. Whether
for raison d’état or personal Aggrandizement of a USA President, the seemingly
contradictory USA Responses were severally and collectively to showcase “I Am Right You Are Wrong” or ‘Western
Insatiation for World Dominance’© or ‘Western Greed for what is not Own’s’©.
