Godswill Akpabio is guilty: his Actions tell me that

If you are not culpable as alleged Senator Godswill Akpabio, why are you desperate?

I decided to write the below after coming across, and reading the following Report https://businessday.ng/news/article/saraki-to-akpabio-dont-trivialise-politicise-natasha-akpotis-allegations/. My Response started as a Series of Tweets then I decided it is better to write a Blog instead. It is not as if Elon Musk’s ‘X’ allows my Tweets Traction in the first Place.

Since Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan raised her Allegation of “sexual Harassment” against you, Senator Godswill Akpabio, all you have been doing is to confirm your Culpability, unwittingly. I am not sure if Akpoti-Uduaghan also formally complained of your victimising her further to the “sexual Harassment,” but if we believe her Claim, prima facie, your Actions, prior, during, and post her formal Complaint, point towards “Victimisation.” This is where my Identification of ‘sexual Predation’© comes into Focus. This Terminology recognises (I) “sexual harassment,” and (ii) the “Victimisation” of the Victim by the Authority of the Harasser, where s/he had rejected the “sexual Impropriety” from that Harasser. In a Nutshell, my ‘sexual Predation’ is “sexual Harassment” compounded by “Victimisation” as a Result of the Victim’s Rejection of the sexual Advances of an Harasser who has some Sort of Authority over the Victim. Note: Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan mentioned “political Victimisation” in her Submission to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) on 11 March 2025. However, I had twitted the Issue of Victimisation on 7 March 2025 https://x.com/IP_dan_Iyan/status/1898072335543865718?t=WVDv57Pva-TT8GZ4DbVcHg&s=19 some four (4) Days earlier. Nevertheless, the Victimisation I identified is not “political Victimisation” because it is at variance with the ‘Victimisation’ Component of my ‘sexual Predation’ Identification.

At the Moment, for me, Ipemndoh dan Iyan, I am convinced of your ‘sexual Predation’, Mr Senator Godswill Akpabio, of Ms Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan. In short, I find you guilty. Please, do not, or any of your Sympathisers, gasp at me here from your Indignation that a Person cannot be declared guilty of a criminal Offence without (i) an Allegation/Accusation going to Trial, and (ii) Finding of Guilt on that Allegation/Accusation hence the Saying of “innocent until proven guilty.” Actually, the Allegation has been on Trial, but not in the Courts. You, Mr Godswill Akpabio, was given every Opportunity to show the World you are not culpable of Ms Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Allegation of “sexual Harassment,” but all you did from your many Actions further to the Allegation was demonstrate your Victimisation of her that inevitably focussed my Attention on your Actions towards her prior to the Public Allegation, and “Victimization” was so “writ large.” You, Godswill Akpabio, disregarded Ms Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Qualifications as a Lawyer like yourself to your Detriment, as she now appears to be intellectual whereas you are not. As for the Saying of “innocent until proven guilty,” I have not taken a Stance that is not ‘the normal’ in the ‘criminal Justice System’ (CJS) by concluding you, Godswill Akpabio, “guilty” already.

It is actually false the saying of “innocent until proven guilty.” This Claim though entrenched in criminal Law is a kind of Placebo, really. Let us examine the Saying. If it holds true that One is “innocent until proven guilty,” why is it that before any “guilty Verdict’’ is pronounced, an Offender, whether indicted or not, is (a) put in Handcuffs, and/or (b) placed on Bail, and/or (c) detained on ‘Remand’? This is an Argument I made in 1994 for my advanced Diploma in Criminology cum professional Certificate in Prison Research which I earned with Commentary from Examiners of: "novel analysis of the philosophical questions raised by the issue of criminal punishment." I must say that they criticised my Organisation of my Dissertation. They are like that. If you do not have their Skin they will still find Faults even though the Fault is completely attributable to them. Did they not give me an “academic Supervisor?” What was that Person’s Role supposed to be? However, that undeserved Criticism, which most probably justified the Mark they gave me, prepared me for my Master of Philosophy (MPhil/PhM) Research Degree (2Yrs full-time equivalent); “once beaten, twice shy,” eh? I passed my viva voce (oral) the first time, but was asked to resubmit by (i) tabulating one of my Arguments, and (ii) referencing a United Nations former Secretary-General whose Book I had included in my Bibliography. For Decades now, that Dissertation has been published Online by the awarding University.

What is a Human Being also known as Homosapiens?

Human Beings are ‘Primates’ in the Subdivision of ‘Great Apes’. We are ‘Homosapiens’ for our superior Cognition to our Cousins in our ‘Broad Family’© of Great Apes. Those I have identified as ‘proto-Homosapiens’©, and also as ‘proto-Human’© share certain Characters with our less ‘cognitively evolved’© Cousins, like the Chimpanzee, say. 1) There is the ‘Crowd Mentality’ that makes them feel safe within their Crowds of similar Inclinations. 2) There is the ‘Alpha Male Attitude’ from and with which the most powerful, in most Cases, feel entitled. There are some Exceptions to the Alpha Male Attitude, though. In these two Scenarios of Crowd Mentality, and Alpha Male Attitude, there is no ‘Morality of Fairness’©. Existence is about what the Alpha Male desires, after all, he is the Decision-maker, and also the Protector. Are you getting the Picture, Godswill Akpabio? Are Members of your ‘Ethics Committee’ getting my Drift? Let me assist you. My ‘proto-Homosapiens’/‘proto-Human’ is the ‘cognitive Viaduct’© from the ‘non-Human Great Ape’© to the ‘Human Great Ape’©. You know what a ‘Viaduct’ is? It comprises separate Supports. This should tell you that within my ‘proto-Homosapiens’ are different Degrees of cognitive Complexity albeit none is fully Human. Yourself, Godswill Akpabio, and your ‘Ethics Committee’ Members are ‘proto-Human’.

Incriminating Pieces of Evidence suggesting your Culpability, Godswill Akpabio

1) You, Senator Godswill Akpabio, refused to recuse yourself from the Senate handling of the Complaint of “sexual Harassment” against you from Ms Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan. Any Person certain of her/his Innocence would immediately vacate any Position connected to the Management of an Allegation against that Person, but you, Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate of Nigeria not only remain connected to the Management of the “sexual Harassment” Claim levelled against you, but also took complete Control of the Management of the Allegation, and the abysmal Senate of Nigeria allowed you.

2) You, Godswill Akpabio, President of the Senate of Nigeria, arbitrarily and quite autocratically changed Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Seat, but Idiots like Senator Osita Ngwu could not deduce what was going on in View of Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Allegation of “sexual Harassment” against you. You, Godswill Akpabio was clearly victimising her, using the Public Power granted you by Virtue of your Office as President of the Senate of Nigeria to wreak Vendetta on the Woman who had rejected your private Attention on her. This is where my Term of ‘sexual Predation’ becomes useful; you sexually harassed her, then began to victimise her through the Authority you have over her, in this case the Authority of the President of the Senate of Nigeria. You, Mr Akpabio, ordinarily, have no Power over Ms Akpoti-Uduaghan, but for your Abuse of the Authority of the President of the Senate of Nigeria. In some Jurisdictions, it called Malfeasance, but I do not know what you call It in Nigeria. It is extreme wrongdoing such that you, Akpabio, should be barred by the Courts from holding Public Office ever, and which should inevitably terminate your current Tenure as a Senator immediately, but hey we are talking about Nigeria, the original “Banana Republic.” ‘The People’ did not vote you into Office to become Lord over them, but to serve them. ‘The People’ certainly did not vote you into the Senate so that when you become President of the Senate, you would have utter Disrespect for ‘the People’ and unimaginable Contempt for the Office of President of the Senate that you would abuse that Office to choke Investigations of Wrongdoings alleged against you. You are not worthy to hold Public Office. This has been the Highlight of your Occupation of Public Offices; you bring Disgrace upon them.

3) You, Mr Godswill Akpabio, President of the Senate of Nigeria, initiated disciplinary Proceedings against Ms Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan outside the Powers of the Senate of Nigeria, just to show her who is the Boss. It was an unlawful Process. Typically of the Alpha Male, you bloat yourself believing yourself “the Alpha and the Omega.” This is why your Misconduct, Mr Godswill Akpabio, is not ‘Misfeasance’.

4) You, Godswill Akpabio, and your Puppet and uneducated Members of your Kangaroo ‘Ethics Committee’ ignored a Court Order that your fanciful Discipline should be shelved. That your Puppet Committee is pitifully uneducated was showcased by a Member, Senator Osita Ngwu, when he suggested on Television that the sham Discipline of Senator “Natasha” was “legislative.” Did this Guy attend School at all, and if he did, which one? His English was equally awful. He was just “blaber-Mouth” (blabbering).

5) You, Godswill Akpabio, the almighty President of the Senate of Nigeria, and your Puppet disciplinary Committee with Persons like Senator Osita Ngwu as Members further abused Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan with ‘self-granted’© Powers in contemptuous Violation of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999. The ‘Constitutional Grant’© for the Senate of Nigeria to make own Rules does not authorize that Senate to (i) suspend a Senator and/or (ii) relieve a Senator of any Entitlement, and/or exercise Power beyond the Powers of that Senate. You are contemptible Godswill Akpabio, and you are a Coward. You are a Shame to the Office of Senator not to talk of the Office of the President of the Senate notwithstanding that we are talking of the Senate of the Republic of Nigeria; the classic ‘Empire of Rodents’©. Members of your ‘Ethics Committee’ are Abominations to any legislative Office.

6) You, Senator Godswill Akpabio apparently beseeched female Politicians, i.e, former Senators Florence Ita-Giwa, and Remi Tinubu to spew ‘wild Nonsense’©, and serving Senator Ireti Kingibe to talk ‘mild Nonsense’©, and the male Senator Clown, Osita Ngwu, from Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan’s political Party, the main opposition Party I think, to vomit his indigestible Tripe. This is a Man who appeared more or less as making his Application to join Akpabio’s ruling Party, and who in the Process showed he should not be in any Legislature. He could not even distinguish between ‘administrative’, and “legislative” Procedures.

7) All the Machinations you, Godswill Akpabio, employed in the Abuse of your Office as President of the Senate of Nigeria for your personal Gain were Attempts to burden Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan with Pressure to subdue her ‘sexual Predation’© Allegation against you. Would the least intelligent Person not ask you this very simple Question of; ‘if you are not culpable as Ms Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan alleged, why have you been urgently obstructing the Investigation of her Allegation’? Do you not want to be absolved, vindicated? I would. You are guilty, Mr Godswill Akpabio, and it is the Reason you are desperate.

Note: I heard a Lawyer either on Channels Television or ARISE NEWS (both Nigerian) defending yourself, Godswill Akpabio, and your most Kangaroo ‘Ethics Committee’ cite the Term “pecuniary Interest.” It is a legal Term that even a first Year Student of Law should understand fully, but the Context of that Lawyer’s Use of the Term demonstrated just how uneducated he is. I had to ask myself (1) ‘how did he pass his Examinations at ‘The Nigerian Law School’, and (2) and how on Earth can this Person be practicing Law that he could not originate a ‘legal Description’© other than relying on Textbook Term that he showed he did not understand in the least’? Well, we are talking about Nigeria, are we not?

Let me tell you something, Godswill Akpabio, you ‘Self-overrated’© Ignominy. You are not “Number 3 Citizen of Nigeria,” as you allegedly boasted to Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan, and as Journalists like Mr Rufai Oseni of ARISE NEWS believe you to be. Read carefully the “Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999,” and comprehend it. I repeat; you are not “Number 3” in the Nigerian Presidency. Firstly; you cannot sequentially become the Vice-President were the President to die in Office, and the serving Vice-President became President. Secondly; you cannot serve out the Term of the current Presidency as President if the President and Vice-President die simultaneously. You can only act as President for “not more than 3 Months” during which Election for a substantive President must be held. Still, the President of the Senate of Nigeria will not, as a Matter of Course, become Vice President after such Election. The new President must appoint the new Vice-President with the Approval of the ‘National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria’, and the Appointee is not potentially the President of the Senate. Thirdly; even where only the Vice President demises, the President of the Senate of Nigeria will not successively become the Vice-President. A new Vice-President would still need to be appointed by the President, and the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, So, what exactly makes you, Senator Godswill Akpabio, the third Citizen of Nigeria? There are only first and second Citizens in the Term of a Presidency. Capisci? The best you could be under the most improbable Situation of the President and the Vice-President dying at the same time is ‘three Months Caretaker President’. Are you clear now?
